Parisien depuis 1974, j'ai travaillé 15 ans dans un centre de tri de La Poste. Syndicaliste CGT , puis responsable du PCF élu dans le 20e arrondissement en 1995 Conseiller de Paris. De 2001à 2014 adjoint au maire de Paris Bertrand Delanoë.
